1. The working principle of wet hazelnut husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The core equipment for processing wet hazelnut husks into biomass pellets is the biomass pellet mill. Its principle involves pre-treating to reduce moisture, then mechanically extruding the material through a die to form pellets. The extrusion force generated by the mechanical transmission increases the material density, while the lignin softens upon heating, acting as a natural binder. The entire process relies on physical extrusion and the binding effect of the raw material's own lignin. No additional glue is required.

2. Characteristics of wet hazelnut husk biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Full-process linkage control: 

All modules of the equipment are linked through a central control system, which can automatically monitor key parameters such as material moisture content, particle density, and equipment load. In case of abnormalities, it will automatically alarm and adjust parameters (such as stopping the machine for cleaning and adjusting the drying temperature), reducing manual intervention.

1.Hazelnut Husk Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hazelnut husk from 40-55% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:12-14 tons/hour.

C.TONY use 2sets of 2*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace
