TONY Ton Packing Machine is a large packaging equipment for large bag packaging materials, which is a multi-purpose packaging machine integrating electronic weighing, automatic bag removal and dust removal. High degree of automation, high packaging precision, packaging speed can be adjusted.

The material flows down the measuring bin of the packaging machine, and is evenly fed to the packing machine by the vibrating feeder. The packing machine automatically measures and packs the packing machine by the buffer bucket, pneumatic rod valve, pneumatic gate valve, lifting device, weighing device and bag clamping device. When the packing bag reaches the weight, it automatically falls onto the plate chain conveyor and is transported to the designated position by the plate chain conveyor.

It is mainly suitable for packing all kinds of bulk materials, the material size is 10-50mm with double-stage control valve, the packaging precision is controllable, automatic metering and weighing, and automatically complete the functions of bag clamping, bag lifting, quantitative, bag dropping, bag loosening and bag removing. Weighing side can be selected for upper weighing and lower weighing according to particle size, which is suitable for materials with good fluidity.

The complete ton bag filling system is mainly composed of feeding device, weighing device, clamping device, hanging bag device, hydraulic lifting device, dust removal device, auxiliary steel structure platform, electrical control system, conveying system.

First hang the four corners of the ton bag on the hook, install the bag mouth on the bag clamping mechanism (bag mouth), and then flip the bag switch. The bag clamping mechanism clamps the bag mouth so that the bag mouth is in complete contact with the discharge mouth without gap. Then the bag lifting mechanism starts to work, and the blower blows the wind into the bag, so that the ton bag is fully opened. Then the weighing system automatically removes the tonnage bag weight, and the feeding mechanism starts to feed. When the air and dust in the bag overflow, the material evenly flows into the bag and is discharged by the dust removal pipe.

At the same time, the hydraulic weighing mechanism lifts the bag. As the material continues to fill the large bag, the weight of the ton bag increases, and the height of the ton bag decreases. When the weighing system detects that the weight has reached the preset value, it stops loading. The ton bag also landed on the platform, and the bag clamping mechanism opened. The bags are then removed with a forklift or transport system.
