Everyone knows that the spindle plays a very important role in the wood pellet machine. However, the spindle will shake when the pellet machine is in use. So is there any way to solve this problem? Here are the specific methods to solve the shaking of the equipment.

1. Tighten the locking screw on the main pressure cover, then start the machine to check whether the spindle is still shaking under inspection. If the spindle is still shaking at this time, remove the main pressure cover, pad the spindle with a copper rod, hit the spindle in the direction of the ring die with a sledgehammer, and then remove the spindle sealing cover. Check whether the spindle bearing is intact. Generally, the clearance is too large. Remove the bearing and replace it with a new one, and then install the spindle lock in turn.

2. During the installation of the spindle, pay attention to the square position of the inner ring of the spindle bearing so that the spindle can be assembled in place. The distance between the end faces on both sides of the spindle and the end face of the runner should be kept at about 10 cm. If it is found that the gap is too large, the keyway fit clearance is too large, and the full pin fit clearance is too large, the above parts should be replaced. Having said that, check whether the spindle of the pellet machine is shaking.

3. After the main shaft is normal, the distance between the pressure roller and the mold should be adjusted correctly, and adjustment is not allowed.

4. Check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened. First remove the oil injection system, remove the main shaft gland, and check whether the spring is deformed. If the spring is flat, it is time to replace it.
