 1. Strictly control the nature of the feed. Controlling the nature of the feed mainly includes three aspects:

Therefore, the working parameters of the equipment should be ensured in production. In order to improve the production efficiency of the equipment, the design of the granulator press wheel and mold is generally improved, and the improved press wheel and mold are equipped with good working parameters, so that the mold matches the material and maximizes the production efficiency of the equipment.

  3. Improve the transmission efficiency of equipment

When the transmission efficiency is too small, the actual power of the equipment will be reduced.
