1. The "Waste-to-Resource" Principle of Biomass Straw Pellet Machine

The biomass straw pellet machine is a device that converts agricultural waste (such as corn straw, rice straw, wheat straw, etc.) into solid pellet fuel. Its core principle is to compress the loose straw raw materials under high temperature and high pressure to form dense and stable fuel particles. The specific process is as follows:

Raw material pre-treatment: The straw needs to be first crushed, dried (with a moisture content controlled at 10%-15%), and impurities removed;

Extrusion molding: The crushed straw enters the pellet machine and is compressed by the rollers and molds. The raw material's cellulose and lignin (softened and bonded under high temperature) form pellets;

Cooling and screening: The particles are cooled and then screened to obtain fuel particles with a diameter of 3-8mm and a density of 0.8-1.3g/cm³.

2. Why is Straw Pellet Fuel a "Clean Fuel"?

Comparison dimension

Sulfur content

Traditional coal: 0.5% - 3% (highly polluting)  Straw pellet fuel: ≤ 0.1% (almost no sulfur emissions)

Nitrogen content

Traditional coal: 0.5% - 2%  Straw pellet fuel: 0.3% - 0.5% (low nitrogen oxide emissions)

Ash content

Traditional coal: 10% - 30%  Straw pellet fuel: 1% - 3% (the ash can be used as organic fertilizer)

Carbon cycle characteristics

Fossil fuels: (new carbon emissions)

Biofuel: (The carbon released during combustion comes from plant photosynthesis and belongs to a "zero-carbon cycle")

Calorific value

Traditional coal: 5000 - 7000 calories per kilogram  Straw pellet fuel: 3500 - 4500 calories per kilogram (Requires efficient combustion equipment)

From the discarded straw in the fields to the flickering green flames in the furnace, the biomass straw pellet machine not only solves the problem of "pollution caused by straw burning", but also builds a circular economy chain of "agricultural waste - clean fuel - green energy".
