5. Starchy grains have a high starch content and are easy to pelletize under high temperature and high moisture conditions, resulting in high output. At present, the moisture content of the straw pellet machine for conditioning should be between 16% and 18%. The quenching and tempering temperature should be above 80℃. Otherwise, the degree of starch gelatinization will be poor, resulting in brittle particles and even failure to form. If the grains have been matured before conditioning (such as dried corn), the granulation output will decrease. Therefore, when purchasing materials, it is better not to choose dried ones.

6. Heat-sensitive feeds such as lactose and whey powder increase in viscosity when heated, which can increase the output value. However, when the temperature exceeds 60℃, they are prone to coking, blocking the die holes and affecting the output value of the straw pellet machine. 7. The mineral inorganic feed produced by the straw pellet machine has almost no adhesive force. Poor granulation function affects the output value of granulation.
