It will not only have an impact on the pellet machine itself, but also pose certain safety hazards. For instance, some rice husk pellet machine produce abnormal noises during production. In fact, this is already a dangerous signal. When the equipment makes noise, it needs to be solved in time.

First, feeding should be done at a constant speed. If the feeding rate is not stable, it will cause noise!

Second, check whether the deflection scraper is worn and replace it with a new scraper blade in time; otherwise, it will cause noise due to unevenness

Thirdly, when the ring die and the pressure roller of the rice husk pellet machine are combined, the best effect is that the new is matched with the new! And adjust the gap between the ring die and the pressure roller properly to ensure that the gap between them is harmonious and consistent with the produced material!

Fourth, precisely adjust the formula of raw materials. The moisture content should be between 10% and 15% to facilitate granulation; otherwise, the molding effect will not be good!

Five, check whether the steam pipeline and system pressure as well as the pressure reducing valve are normal; otherwise, the steam supply will lack pressure!

Six, check if there are any sundries in the warehouse and clear them up promptly!

Seven, after long-term use of the pellet machine, the main shaft bearings of the granulator wear out and need to be replaced!
