3. If the wear is severe, the ring mold can be processed and repaired, which will be removed from the counters of the wear cone holes. The wear of the pressure rollers must be replaced. The wear of the cone holes of the ring mold has a great impact on the output value.
4. The gap between the ring mold and the press roller.Generally speaking, it is appropriate that the gap between the ring mold and the press roller is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm.Under normal circumstances, it is better to use a slightly larger gap when the new press roller and the new ring mold are generally matched. A smaller gap should be used when the old press roller and the old ring mold are generally matched. A slightly larger gap should be used when the ring mold with large pores are suitable for ring molds. 5. Pay attention to the conditioning time and quality of raw materials, especially the moisture content of the material before entering the machine. If the moisture of the raw materials is large, it will slip in the mold and not be easily discharged, or the pellets will not form, which shows that there is a lot of powder. It is believed that the drying material can solve the problem by reaching the moisture requirements of the granulation.If the moisture content of the raw materials is small, the produced pellets will be formed relatively short and will affect the output value. 6. Check the distribution of raw materials in the ring mold. Do not let the raw materials go one side. If similar conditions occur, the orientation of the large and small feed scraper must be adjusted to allow the raw materials to be evenly distributed in the ring mold. This can not only extend the service life of the ring mold, but also smoother material discharge.
7. Check the roll shell in the equipment granulation chamber to see if the roll shell is broken or the roll bearing is broken, and replace it in time.
