1. What are the reasons for low pellet machine production?

(1) The mold is used for the first time, and the mold hole is poor in finish.

(2) The moisture content of the material is too high or too low

(3) The gap between the press wheel and the mold is too large

(4) The pressure wheel or mold is seriously worn

(5) Mold compression ratio mismatch

2. What are the reasons for the wood pellet machine being held in a hold-up machine?

The compression ratio is too large, the feeding speed is too fast, the dry and humidity of the material is unstable, the clearance of the press wheel is loose, and impurities (such as iron, stone, and large pieces of wood) are included in the material.

Exclusion method: If you have determined whether the material has changed normally before, you should adjust the mold compression ratio after replacing the material with large specific gravity material. The mold compression ratio is too large and it is easy to cause the machine to hold it in. If you are sure that the compression ratio is too large, replace the mold with small compression ratio;

Check whether the feed is uniform, whether the material layer is too thick, and there are frequent thick and thin situations, which can easily lead to unstable current and eventually lead to the machine hold. This situation is true, and the feed volume is adjusted by frequency conversion to adjust the feed speed of the conveyor;

The material is dry and wet and unstable. If there is dry and wet and wet material in the material, the pellets in the mold have high tightness and high resistance under the condition of advanced dry materials. If wet materials are soft, wet materials will not be able to move the dry and dry materials in front, forming a hold-up machine. In this case, we need to adjust the dry and wetness of the material, and the moisture content is 13%-18%, and mix the materials evenly;

The press wheel adjustment bolt is loose and the gap is too large, resulting in the prepressed material layer being too thick and the equipment operating resistance is large, and the machine is also held back. In this case, you can just adjust the pressure wheel clearance; if there are impurities in the material (such as iron, stone, large pieces of wood, etc.), it must be screened and removed before entering the biomass pellet machine.

3. What are the reasons for abnormal noise in the equipment?
