1. The particles are bent
Reason: raw material moisture is too large
Solution: Adjust the moisture content of the raw material so that it is within the appropriate range.
2. Reverse gas
Performance: Gas is emitted from the blanking port during the production process.
Reason: insufficient supply, raw material moisture is too large, heating temperature is not enough.
Solution: Ensure sufficient supply, adjust the moisture of raw materials, and increase the heating temperature.
Step 3 Brighten the face
Performance: There is light on the cross section of the particle, although the density is good but the hardness is not good.
Cause: The beginning of the first spiral is too steep.
Solution: Sand the beginning of the head spiral to make it smooth.
4. The central density of the particles is small or contains scattered sawdust
Cause: Wear of propeller shaft tip root diameter.
Solution: Solder the root of the propeller shaft tip and correct the shaft tip at high temperature.
5. Surface cracks
Excessive moisture of raw materials: easy to produce transverse cracks.
Raw material moisture is too small: easy to produce longitudinal cracks.
Heating temperature is too high: lead to excessive softening of raw materials, resulting in insufficient supply, resulting in cracks.
Solution: Adjust the moisture of raw materials, appropriately increase the diameter of the spiral, or polish the spiral wall to increase the spacing between the spiral.
6. Straw pellet machine does not produce particles
Reasons: the heating temperature is too high or too low, the forming sleeve is seriously worn, the propeller Angle is not consistent, and the raw material moisture is too large.
Solution: Adjust the heating temperature, replace the badly worn molding sleeve, adjust the propeller Angle, and control the water content of the raw material.
7. Straw pellet machine "shooting"
Reasons: improper temperature control, excessive moisture of raw materials, propeller wear, shaft tip is not right, exhaust hole is blocked, propeller head spiral is too large or too small, sleeve wear is serious.
Solution: Compare the above reasons one by one, find out the problem and adjust accordingly.
8. Straw pellet machine stops running
Reason: the raw material is mixed with large particles and hard impurities, low electric pressure or low heating temperature, the raw material is not dry.
Solution: Stop and disassemble, remove impurities, continue to warm and soften raw materials, or re-dry.
There may be many problems in the molding process of straw particles, which are usually related to the water content of raw material, the crushing size, the compression ratio and the gap between the press roll and the ring die. By adjusting these parameters reasonably, production efficiency and product quality can be effectively improved
