Solution: Adjust the gap between the press roll to ensure that the gap between the press roll and the ring die is uniform to avoid excessive wear of the press roll.

Reason: bearing lubrication is poor, resulting in increased friction, pressure shaft slip.

Solution: Check the bearing lubrication regularly to ensure that the bearing is fully lubricated. Choose the right lubricant or lubricating oil and use the correct lubrication filling method.

4. Check the bearing seal

Reason: the bearing seal is poor, resulting in wood chips and impurities entering the bearing inside, affecting the normal operation of the bearing.

Solution: Strengthen the sealing device of the bearing to ensure that the bearing chamber is strictly sealed to prevent wood chips and impurities from entering.

5. Check the eccentric shaft

Reason: eccentric shaft design is not reasonable or fixed, resulting in the shaft slipping.

Solution: Check the design and fixing of the eccentric shaft, and if necessary, redesign or fix the eccentric shaft.

6. Check the motor and drive system

Cause: Motor or transmission system failure, resulting in the skid of the press shaft.
