2. Moisture requirements of raw materials
Pellet machine also has strict requirements on the moisture of raw materials. The moisture content of different raw materials should be controlled between 10-15%, generally not more than 20%. Too much or too little water will affect the quality of the particles, such as easy to break or loose. The moisture of raw materials should be uniform, avoid drying and wet for a while, so as not to cause the particle machine to block the material. The water content of raw materials for pressing sawdust particles should be between 8-12%, too high will cause the particles to become loose and easy to break during packaging and transportation.
3. Compatibility of different raw materials
The granulator is not only able to use one raw material to granulate, if the raw material of granulation is replaced, only the mold of the granulator needs to be replaced.
4. Avoid hard objects
Raw materials shall not be mixed with iron blocks, stones and other hard objects, the mixture of hard objects will increase the wear of the equipment, reduce production efficiency, and seriously damage the equipment.
