Solve the dilemma of agricultural waste: From the source of pollution to the treasure house of resources
The traditional treatment method faces triple difficulties for crop straw produced every year:
Incineration pollution: Open-air incineration releases pollutants such as PM2.5, CO, NOx, etc., accounting for 15%-20% of the causes of winter haze in the north;
Landfill inefficiency: 1.5 cubic meters of landfill per ton of straw is required to occupy fermentation and methane is produced (the greenhouse effect is 28 times that of CO₂);
Stacking at will: Stream accumulation can easily breed mosquitoes, cause fires, and occupy rural public space.
The straw pellet machine transforms loose straw into pellet fuel with a density of 1.1g/cm³ through physical transformation, achieving "reduced, resourced, and harmless":
Reduce: Volume compression ratio reaches 1:10, 1000 tons of loose straw can be made into 800 tons of particles, and the transportation cost is reduced by 60%;
Resourceization: The value of each ton of straw is increased by 3-5 times after being converted into fuel, from "waste" to "commodity";
Harmless: There is no chemical addition throughout the whole process, the combustion products are only CO₂ and water vapor, and the ash can be used as potassium fertilizer (containing 5%-8% potassium oxide).
The significance of straw pellet machine is far more than "treating waste crops" - it is the key to opening the circular economy and the bridge connecting agricultural ecology with green energy.
