In this case, the compression ratio of the pellet machine's ring die needs to be adjusted.
If the ring die of the granulator has been used for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the conical holes on the inner wall of the ring die of the granulator are worn and whether the pressure roller is worn. If the conical holes of the ring die of the granulator are worn, it needs to be processed and repaired. If the pressure roller of the granulator is severely worn and damaged, it needs to be replaced.
2. Check the lubrication degree of the inner hole of the ring die of the wood pellet machine and whether the ring die is out of round. It is helpful for correctly adjusting the distance between the mold and the pressure roller.
3. Keep the moisture content of the raw materials in the wood pellet machine at around 10% to 15%. If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high, they will show signs of mold blockage and slippage after entering the ring die.
4. Check the distribution of raw materials within the ring die to ensure they are evenly distributed. This not only extends the service life of the ring die but also ensures smooth discharge from the granulator.
