If it is a new equipment, you must consider whether it has not been run-in with wet or oil materials after buying it. This is a problem that many people are prone to ignore. If you ignore this link, it is likely that the machine will be blocked when it is turned on, and of course it will not be discharged. Therefore, for the wood chip pellet machine you bought, you must take some wood chips that will be pressed into the granular and mix it with about 10% of industrial oil, such as ordinary engine oil. Crush the small pieces of the material, mix them thoroughly, put them in the wood chip pellet machine, turn on the machine to press the particles, then put the pressed particles back into the wood chip pellet machine, repeat 5-6 times, and then put the normal wood chips to make normal granulation.
