1. Adjust the reasonable gap between ring die and roller group
Too tightening will damage the roller group shell, and too loosening will cause the particle pressing effect to be poor. Correctly adjust the working gap between ring die and roller group, which is appropriate to be between 0.1-0.3mm (after the pellet machine is turned on, the roller group is in a state of rotation but not rotation under the driving of the ring die). Adjust reasonable ring die and roller group gaps
2. The mutual matching of roller group and ring die
The compression ratio and the old and new level of the wood pellet machine also have a great impact on the service life of the roller group. The new ring mold must be used with a new roller group. The roller group must be loose in front and tight in the back. When sharp corners appear on both sides of the roller group, you should use a hand grinder to smooth the flange part of the roller group to facilitate a good cooperation between the roller group and the ring die.
3. Suitable material composition, moisture, particle size and uniform feeding amount
The appropriate material composition, moisture, particle size and uniform feeding amount will extend the service life of the ring die. The smoother the pelletizer, the longer the service life of the roller group will be.
4. Timely maintenance
Before entering the pelletizer, the raw materials must undergo preliminary cleaning and magnetic separation treatment to reduce the iron pressure into the mold hole. In addition, the rational replacement of bearings and the rapid injection of lubricating grease will extend the service life of the pellet machine roller group.
