Cracking reason 1: When the hoop working face has a bright point and the transmission wheel working face has wear marks, then the clamp in the hoop has been worn or deformed, resulting in the ring mold cracking.

Corresponding solution: the hoop must be replaced in time.

Cracking reason 2: Due to the wear of the mating surface of the transmission wheel, the mating surface of the die and roll is obviously loosened, resulting in the cracking of the ring die.

Corresponding solution: the drive wheel must be replaced or repaired in time, or the dimensional tolerance of the ring die assembly surface should be increased.

Cracking cause three: due to the ring die liner wear or deformation caused by the ring die cracking.

Corresponding solution: the ring die liner must be checked and replaced in time.

Cracking cause four: due to the wear of the transmission key resulting in the ring mold impact opening.

Corresponding solution: Regularly measure the gap between the key and the keyway, and replace the transmission key in time.

Cracking reason five: Due to the main shaft bearing damage, the main shaft runout caused by the ring die cracking.

Corresponding solution: Replace the main shaft bearing in time.

The crack of the ring die is caused by the wear of the mating surface of the transmission wheel and the apparent loosening of the mating surface of the die and roll.

Cracking reason six: Because the elasticity of the butterfly spring is not tight, the spindle shakes and causes the ring die to crack.

Corresponding solution: increase or replace the butterfly spring.

Cracking reason seven: due to inappropriate safety pin, safety pin seat caused by excessive load caused by the ring mold cracking.

Corresponding solution: The safety pin provided by the company must be used.

Cracking reason eight: Due to the difference in the effect of the iron removal device, the ring mold has indentation of metal objects on the surface, resulting in cracking of the ring mold.

Corresponding solution: Iron removal equipment must be checked and cleaned in time.

Cracking reason nine: Because the press roll is not installed in place, the relative deviation between the press roll and the ring die axial working area leads to the ring die cracking.

Corresponding solution: Install the press roll assembly correctly.

Reason 10: Because the gap between ring die and press roll is too small, hard contact between ring die and press roll leads to ring die cracking.

Corresponding solution: Reasonable gap between 0.1mm ~ 0.3mm, and the new mold should be equipped with a new press roll.

Cracking reason 11: Due to the increase of fiber material, and no feeding scraper feed resulting in ring mold cracking.

Corresponding solution: Install a new scraper.

Cracking reason 12: Because when the ring die is shut down for a period of time without use, there is no "washing mold", the pellets in the ring die hole become hard, the next discharge is difficult, and the extrusion pressure is too large, resulting in the ring die cracking.

Corresponding solution: must be immediately filled with non-corrosive oily material.

Cracking reason 13: Due to the hard steel tool (such as a hammer) used for loading and unloading the ring die, the ring die cracks directly.

Corresponding solution: If the ring mold must be forcibly installed, use a wooden hammer.

Cracking reason 14: When the feeding amount is too large or when the small aperture ring mold is replaced, the feeder is adjusted in time, and the pelleting is unbalanced, resulting in an increase in the load of the ring mold and resulting in cracking of the ring mold.

Corresponding solution: adjust the feeding motor speed, adjust the variable chin controller or electromagnetic controller.

Cracking reason 15: ring die cover hole wear and end deformation, loose bolt, resulting in the ring die end screw hole tear.

Corresponding solution: Replace the ring die cover.
