A biomass pellet machine is a biomass energy processing device.  It mainly uses wastes from agricultural and forestry processing such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and is pretreated and processed to form a high-density granular fuel.

In the daily granulation process of biomass pellet machine, sometimes there will be blockage. Once this phenomenon occurs, it will easily lead to reduced production capacity and damage to the machine.  In this regard, we need to study the reasons for this.

There are several aspects to start when the biomass pellet machine is blocked:

Because drilling and other processes in the production process of the new grinding machine will form burrs and drilling marks that increase friction in the hole diameter of the grinding tool. Therefore, it is necessary to grind for about 15 minutes before production. After the grinding tool is smooth, it will effectively avoid blockage.

If the hole is not completely opened after one blockage, the blockage will become more and more serious next time.

According to our company's long-term experience, if you want to block the blocked granulator, first of all, according to the degree of blockage, if the material can still be discharged, you can use sand and a small amount of engine oil to mix it into the raw material to block it. The amount of addition must be small. Appropriately add it according to the size of the discharge amount until the abrasive is heated and all open.

If the above method cannot solve the problem, you can only remove the abrasive tool and then open it with oil boiling or drilling. The reinstalled abrasive tool still needs to be ground with sand and oil stirred raw materials for grinding.

Another reason for blocking materials is that if the abrasive tool is blocked as soon as the feed is injected, and the particles produced appear sporadic and shiny, or even carbonized and blackened, it means that your abrasive tool is not suitable for producing your current materials. You need to consider re-customizing the abrasive tool that suits your compression ratio for replacement.

Another type is that the biomass pellet machine has been used for too long, the internal parts of the machine are aging, and the abrasives and other parts can no longer support normal use, so it is time to replace it with a new equipment.
