Biomass pellet fuel has emerged in recent years, replacing coal fuel. It has very low cost, has less ash burning and is pollution-free to the environment. Therefore, it was quickly accepted by the public.

Fuel pellets are processed from forestry and agricultural waste. Such as wood, construction demolition materials, wooden pallets, furniture waste, crop straw, straw, sawdust, various biological husk making species, coconut shell, rice husk, peanut shell, walnut shell, efb shell, and cattle and sheep manure.

Wooden materials are the most used fuel. It is made by crushing waste wood and other materials into sawdust wood chips, etc., and then adding them to the wood chip pelletizer and pressing them through the fuel pelletizer.

The fuel pellets made from wood have higher calorie value than straw and are used more often. So what areas are used for wood pellets?

1. Civilian fields

Home heating: Biomass pellet fuel can be used in home fireplaces, heating stoves and other equipment to provide warmth to the family. Its combustion utilization rate is high, easy to store and use, and is safe and hygienic. This method is mostly used in Nordic regions to keep warm at home, but in China, there are relatively few related products developed and used.

Supply of domestic hot water: burn biomass pellet fuel through a small furnace, heat the water and supply it to daily use in the family, such as bathing, washing dishes, etc.

2. Industrial field

Biomass pellet fuel boiler: Enterprises use biomass pellet fuel boilers to generate steam or heat using their own waste, which can not only save investment in other fuels, but also reduce waste disposal expenses. Moreover, there is less pollution in combustion of biomass fuel, and enterprises are more enthusiastic about application.

Coal-fired boiler transformation: Compared with coal, biomass pellet fuel has a high volatile content, a low ignition point, and is easy to ignite, with increased density, high energy density, and a significant increase in combustion duration. It can be directly used in coal-fired boilers to replace coal and solve environmental pollution problems.

3. Other industrial equipment

Combustor: As the fuel of the combustion machine, it provides heat energy for heating, drying and other links in the industrial production process.

Steam generator: used to generate steam to meet the demand for steam in industrial production, such as food processing, textile printing and dyeing industries.

Hot air furnace: Provides hot air for industrial drying, heating and other processes, such as wood drying, grain drying, etc.

Compared with other raw materials, the calorific value of wood pellets is higher. Therefore, wood fuel pellets are much easier to find than fuel pellets made of other materials.

In what areas are wood pellets sold? I believe you already understand. If you have a better sales channel, you might as well post it to help more friends
