1. If the biomass pellet machine uses a new ring mold, first check whether the compression ratio of the ring mold matches the produced material, the ring mold compression ratio is too large, the particles are pressed out too hard, and the output value is low, it is necessary to change the ring mold compression ratio from scratch.

2. If the ring die is used for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the inner cone hole of the ring die is worn and whether the press roll is worn. If the ring die cone hole wear can be repaired from scratch, the press roll wear must be replaced.

3. Check the lubrication degree of the inner hole of the ring die of the biomass pellet machine and whether the ring die is circular, some defective ring die will show rough inner hole, ring die circular resulting in non-lubrication, uneven particles, difficult discharge, and low output value, it is necessary to use high-quality ring die.

4. The gap between the ring die and the press roll should be adjusted correctly. Too small a distance will aggravate the conflict between the press roll and the ring die, which will shorten the operation time of the ring die. The normal gap between the mold and the press rod is 0.3-0.5mm

5. The moisture of raw materials is kept about 15%. If the moisture of raw materials is high, the raw materials will show resistance and slip after entering the ring mold, and the moisture control range of raw materials is between 13-20%.

6. To check the distribution of the material in the ring mold, so that the material is evenly distributed in the ring mold, so that the service life of the ring mold can be extended and the material can be discharged smoothly.
