Minor Blockage | Quick On-Site Emergency Unblocking (No Shutdown/Short Stop)
Applicable Scenarios: Uneven material output, partial die hole discharge, material jamming, no hard lumps causing blockage
1. Oil Soaking Softening Method (Safest, No Damage to Die)
Immediately stop dry material feeding. Spray a small amount of waste machine oil or cooking oil onto the pressure roller and die material layer, soaking for 3-5 minutes to soften the wet material adhering to the die hole and the wall material. Start the equipment at low speed to gradually remove the blockage material. No disassembly is required.
2. Mixing and Propelling Method
Use a mixture of "finished product granules + a small amount of machine oil" at a 9:1 ratio to replace the raw material feed. The finished product granules are harder than sawdust powder, which can strongly unblock partially blocked die holes. Do not use pure wet sawdust or fine powder to forcibly push the material out, as this will make it more compacted and worsen the blockage.
3. Fine-tune the gap between the rollers and the ring die.
Slightly reduce the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die to instantly increase the extrusion pressure, clear any minor blockages, and immediately adjust back to the standard gap after the material output returns to normal to avoid wear on the die due to an excessively small gap.
