1. Dry and well-ventilated site:

Damp environments cause frame corrosion and water ingress into bearings, leading to lubricant emulsification. During the rainy season, take precautions against rain and moisture; install a dehumidifier on the electrical control box.

2. Vibration damping and securing:

Use vibration damping pads on the equipment feet and regularly tighten the anchor bolts. Prolonged, severe vibration can cause spindle deformation, weld cracking, and frequent bearing damage.

3. Stable voltage:

Fluctuating voltage can impact the motor; install a voltage stabilizer. Clean the motor's cooling vents daily; high temperatures can burn out the windings.

4. Proper long-term storage procedures:

Empty all internal materials, clean and lubricate all transmission components, apply rust-preventive oil to the mold rollers, and cover the entire machine with a dust cover.
