Biomass pellet machine is a kind of biomass energy pretreatment equipment. It mainly uses agricultural and forestry waste such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and solidifies them into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment and processing.

At present, more and more enterprises and factories use biomass pellet machines, and machinery is not as cheap as cabbage. Correct use and operation of pellet machines can extend work efficiency and mechanical life, thereby saving maintenance costs, replacement costs and other expenses.

1. Pellet machine requires a dry environment

The pellet machine should be placed in a dry room, where the atmosphere does not contain corrosive gases such as acids.

2. Regular inspection and maintenance

The pellet machine should regularly check the parts, including whether the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubrication block, bearings and other active parts are flexible and wear. If abnormalities are found, the parts should be replaced in time or the manufacturer should be contacted for processing.

3. The pellet machine should be kept clean

After the pellet machine is finished or stopped, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and the remaining powder in the bucket should be brushed clean (only for some pellet machine units), and then installed properly to avoid jamming and abnormal noise.

4. The pellet machine is not used for a long time

The pellet machine should be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth.

Correct use of the biomass pellet machine, as long as the above four points are achieved, can greatly reduce the probability of failure of the pellet machine, thereby extending the service life of the pellet machine.
