Second, adjust the gap between the ring die and the pressure wheel properly

The gap between the ring die and the pressure wheel is generally 0.5-0.8MM. Experienced operators can tell at a glance whether the gap is appropriate. When the gap is too small, the ring die and the pressure wheel will rub against each other, reducing their service life and increasing power consumption. When the gap is too large, the squeezing force of the raw materials will decrease, resulting in low output and low molding rate.

Third, it is convenient and stable to use the feeding machine

Uniform feeding can enable the granulator to perform at its best. Manual feeding is difficult to achieve uniformity. If too much is fed, the machine is prone to clogging; if too little is fed, the equipment will idle, which will affect output and power consumption.
