TONY has been committed to the research, development, production and sales of biomass energy production equipment such as pellet machines. The biomass pellet machines produced have excellent performance, excellent materials, and a complete range of models. We welcome you to consult and purchase at any time. Today we will learn how to replace the roller group and ring die of the biomass pellet machine.

The roller group and ring die of the biomass pellet machine are the main components of the biomass pellet machine. In order to press out qualified particles, in addition to sufficient power, the ring die and roller group play a very important role. The compression ratio of the ring die and the pressure roller gap of the biomass pellet machine have a great impact on particle forming. We introduced the choice of ring die before. Today we will introduce how to adjust the gap between the roller group and the ring die, how to replace the roller group assembly, and how to replace the ring die: Adjust the gap between the roller group and the ring die: Remove the feed cover and unscrew the hollow bolts of the lubricating oil pipe at the end of the roller group.

Adjust the front and rear tightening nuts on the pull bolts, so that the roller group shaft can be rotated, the gap between the roller group assembly and the ring die, and after the adjustment is completed, tighten the hollow bolts to connect to the lubricating oil path. Note: Before starting the machine, try to make the roller group tighten the ring die; when replacing the ring die or roller group, try to keep the roller group away from the ring die. Replace the roller group assembly of the biomass pellet machine: Remove the feed cover → remove the relevant pipelines and fixing bolts on the frame plate, first take out the pull bolts, roller group adjustment sleeves, and feed plates, and then take out the frame plate, so that the hollow shaft can be directly raised for replacement.

Replacement of biomass pellet machine ring die: Repeat strip operation to keep the roller group away from the ring die; loosen the bolts that fix the cover plate and the connecting pipes of the frame plate, and then take out the cover plate and the feeding system. At this time, loosen the roller group assembly and push out the taper press with an intermediate threaded hole. There are three to four uniformly distributed 26 process holes on the bearing chamber below the ring die. The ring die can be lifted up from this hole with a jack, and taken out using the hoisting hole on the ring die to replace it. After all, biomass pelletizer is a relatively large mechanical equipment, so we can only talk about it separately.
