1. Clean oil regularly

Friends who have processed wood chip pellets know that after the production every day, oil must be used to replace the wood chip and leave it in the mold hole. I would like to remind everyone that if the ring die is not used for more than a month, it is recommended to take out the oil in the ring die. Therefore, the oil will gradually harden during storage for a long time, which will make it difficult to remove the next time you use it, seriously affecting the subsequent use of the ring die.

2. No need to clean the ring die for a long time

If you no longer use ring die and press wheel for a long time, it is recommended to remove the ring die and clean it before storing it. Mainly clean the particles inside the ring die and sawdust attached to the ring die surface. On the one hand, this prevents the particles from hardening due to long-term storage and difficult to remove. On the other hand, the sawdust has water absorption. If the sawdust on the surface is not removed, corrosion of the die surface may be accelerated.

3. Ring die should be stored in a dry and ventilated place

Most of the biomass pellet machines are made of alloy steel. If they are in a humid place for a long time, the surface of the pellet die may be damaged due to air corrosion, which greatly reduces its service life.

4. The handling process should be carefully

The ring die of the biomass pellet machine is a high-precision accessories. The mold holes are carefully processed based on the compression ratio of the ring die. If you are careless during the handling process, the structure of the inner wall of the mold hole may be damaged, which may lead to a low molding rate and short service life when processing the particles.

5. Use oil to fill

After the pellet processing is completed every day, the oil must be used to grind for a period of time to ensure that the mold hole is left with oil.
