1. Rotate and use multiple sets of pressure rollers to even out wear: A new ring die should be used with multiple sets of pressure rollers in rotation; replace a single pressure roller when it reaches 50% wear, and replace it with another set to ensure that the working surface of the ring die remains flat, avoiding localized uneven wear. This can extend the life of the ring die by 40%.
2. Rust prevention and die protection during downtime: After daily operation, remove oily sawdust from the die holes; for long-term downtime, disassemble the ring die, apply rust-preventive grease to the inner holes, and store it in a dry environment to prevent rust, shrinkage, and difficulty in material discharge.

3. Timely repair to avoid production with defects: Immediately polish and repair any wear on the die hole flare, burrs on the inner wall, or pits on the pressure roller surface; production with defects will continuously accelerate wear and significantly shorten the overall lifespan of the set.
4. Maintain a distance of at least 3mm between the cutter and the die surface to avoid scratching the ring die surface with the cutter.
