If your raw material is wood log or wood pallets which size is big,then you will need the grinding machine wood chipper.

If your raw maeterial is wood chips then you will need the hammer mill.

The best raw material before pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with moisure 10-15%. If your raw material is wet,then you will also need the dryer.

The temperature after the pellet machine will be about 70-80℃,it is better to use pellets cooler to cool down pellets from 80℃ to 20-30℃ for quality pellets.

If you need the full automatic pellet production line,you will need stroage bin for each process which will add your total cost for sure.

As different customer has different raw materials, the ring die has to be customized according to customer needs.

The finished pellets diamater can be 6-12mm by changing different hole size ring die,and length will be 1-6cm which can be adjustable by the cutting knife.
