1. Security Check
Before loading grain or daily inspection, check whether there is water leakage on the top of the warehouse, whether there is crack on the wall and ground of the warehouse, whether there is settlement on the ground, whether there is damage to doors and Windows, and whether the auxiliary facilities such as escalators are intact; Check whether the anti-rust paint of the steel bin is peeling off, check whether the bolts, gaskets, etc., are loose, check whether the support parts connected with the civil construction are abnormal, and whether the ground is settling. 2. Operate Motor Vehicles
The self-provided vehicles used in the grain depot only in the reservoir area must be inspected regularly to ensure the safety of the vehicles; The driver must hold the corresponding motor vehicle driving certificate.
Drivers should follow the command of the depot management personnel, strictly follow the designated route, strictly prohibit entering the non-designated areas of the depot for loading and unloading by themselves, strictly prohibit drivers from entering, and prohibit drivers from barefoot, naked, slippers, sandals and other unsafe behaviors. 3. Grain Steel Bin Cleaning
Before cleaning the granary, the operator should wear a dust mask, check and confirm that the ventilation system is operating normally, and start cleaning after 10 minutes of operation. When cleaning the upper and lower corridors and work towers of granaries, it is strictly prohibited to use compressed air to blow dust.
4. Dry Grain
Operators should wear safety helmets. Safety warning perimeter should be set up around the drying tower and open storage yard, and non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the site. The site must be equipped with fire fighting equipment and facilities. It is strictly forbidden to stack all kinds of flammable goods around the dryer.
The grain should be cleaned before entering the warehouse before drying, and the grain into the warehouse before drying should be synchronized with the drying operation. It is forbidden to dry the grain in the warehouse before baking, so as to prevent the warehouse from buckling before baking.
