The working principle of the Dual-shaft mixer is to ensure uniform mixing of materials through forced mixing and stirring. Transmission Device: The motor is decelerated through V-belt transmission and planetary reducer, and the power is transmitted to the mixing spindle through the spline shaft and spline shaft sleeve. The two reducers are connected by a synchronous transmission shaft to ensure the synchronous rotation of the two mixing spindles.
Discharge Door: The discharge door consists of the discharge door body, cylinder, and proximity switch to achieve fully automatic control and ensure accurate control of material discharge.
