The gearbox and reducer are lubricated with thin oil and have clear oil change intervals. When a new machine is used for the first time, the gear oil must be completely replaced after a total of 300 hours of operation to remove metal debris generated by equipment running-in. In subsequent normal use, replace it every 2000 to 3000 hours or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check the oil level once a week on a daily basis, keep the oil level at the center of the oil mark, and add it in time if there is any oil shortage.
